It's me, Anna-E

You’re flawless.

Here’s my big worry about telling people they are perfect the way they are and always accepting their faults- then there is nothing to improve. There is no responsibility for mistakes, bad choices, ugly words, unkind actions. There is no room for growth.

Our faults are opportunities to improve, but we have to take responsibility for them and work to defeat them. We cannot demand others accept them if we do not accept them in others.

We have to know our faults. We have to know those grains of sand, to work on them and not let them sit or spit them out, if we want to cultivate pearls.
